BUSINESS VALUE was established in 1991 by it’s two founding partners, Francesco De Paolis and Bruno Piperno, following a successful career in management consulting to give life to an independent consulting company able to provide high quality assistance.

Over the years partners such as Fabrizio Lanza Tomasi, Francesco Antonelli e Maurizio Nacamulli joined the founding partners.

In charge of the Corporate Finance services and the Strategic Development consultancy, he graduated with honours in Economicsy and Commerce at the University of Rome. He achieved an MBA from Columbia University, NY. Chartered Accountant, he is a member of the Order of Surveyors at the Tribunal of Rome and of the Order of Auditors. Francesco De Paolis has worked for the Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co., Eli Lilly (USA), and KPMG Consultants.

In charge of Organisational Consultancy Services and Administrative and Control Systems, he graduated with honours in Economics at the University of Rome. He then

obtained his MBA from Michigan, Ann Arbor. Chartered Accountant , he is a member of the Order of Surveyors at the Tribunal of Rome and of the Order of Auditors. He previously worked for Arthur Andersen, American Management Systems (USA), and Andersen Consulting, where he was director of the Banking Department.

In charge of the Technical Assistance consultancy services, he graduated with honours in Economics at the University of Rome. Francesco Antonelli has worked in consulting and in economic research (Somea), in publishing (G. Sansoni Editore and Armando Curcio Editore), and for the pay TV (Stream), maturing significant experience in managing complex projects and in activities of assistance to the Public Administration in development programmes for SME and local development.

In charge of the Consultancy Services in the IT area, he obtained a degree in Computer Science from the University of Pisa. Fabrizio Lanza Tomasi has worked for Olivetti and Andersen Consulting. As Director of the Banking Department, he managed important assignments in the area of management control, general accountancy and the organization of the information systems, for both banks and public and private entities.
